About the Role

Are you passionate about keeping crew operations running smoothly through responsive support, clear coordination, and seamless logistics? This role is central to supporting day-to-day flight operations by ensuring crew receive timely assistance across attendance, welfare, travel, and operational queries. It plays an important part in maintaining efficiency and helping frontline teams stay focused on delivering safe, reliable service. A core part of the role is managing crew support activity across a 24/7 operation. This includes handling inquiries linked to sickness, emergencies, rosters, accommodations, transportation, uniforms, documentation, and welfare matters. Working closely with operational teams, the role also supports attendance tracking, anomaly reporting, fatigue-related matters, and scheduling disruptions. Strong coordination is essential to help resolve issues quickly and keep relevant stakeholders informed. With responsibility for travel and logistics, this position coordinates hotel bookings, flights, and ground transportation in line with our policies. It also supports accommodation planning and follows up on feedback from crew, station teams, and service partners. The role also contributes across wider Flight Operations activity by supporting emergency response readiness, coordinating business travel records, and acting as a key link between operational teams and the broader organization. Investigation support and clear reporting are also part of delivering consistent operational excellence.  You’ll be at the heart of a fast-moving operation, helping our crew stay supported, prepared, and ready to perform at their best.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate at least 4 years of experience in airline operations or crew management. You will bring strong experience in crew logistics, crew management systems, roster and tracking tools, aviation compliance, and operational coordination in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role depends on excellent organisational skills, sound judgment, calm problem-solving, customer-focused communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. This is your opportunity to shape the future of air travel.
