Manager, GCA iDrive UX/UI Strategist (12-Month Secondment)
The Market Research Excellence team (MRE) within Global Commercial Analytics (GCA) is developing an end-to-end workflow platform (iDrive) that represents the foundation of our transformation to an AI native insights capability. The GCA iDrive UX/UI Strategist will design and build this platform, not only in a way that serves the evolving needs of the team, but also that delivers a delightful user experience that is completely different from existing systems in GCA. The platform will serve internal users as well as our external vendor partners; each stakeholder type requires a different flow but the same delightful experience. The GCA iDrive UX/UI Strategist will work with the iDrive/AI Transformation owner to shape the vision, flow, and functionality of this platform for the current state, as well as map, design, and build the new evolutions of the platform over the coming year. This will include the addition of new functionality and capabilities, as well as changes to enhance the current offering. The role will be responsible for leveraging subject matter expertise and owning all prototype development for current and future versions of iDrive.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with iDrive/AI Transformation owner and MRE/GCA stakeholders to develop and build iDrive customer experience, both current state and future state
Identify opportunities to evolve and enhance iDrive to serve as the delivery model for the GCA transformation to AI native
Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create the roadmap required for future iDrive development and scaling of new AI solutions and experiences
Leverage project and program management skills to coordinate with owner and development team and ensure accurate on-time deliverables
Leverage expertise to deliver identified, actionable insights for developing of current and future iDrive strategies, service models, or business concepts
Apply knowledge of internal/external business challenges to provide input into recommendations for improvements to iDrive, overall and at the product, process, or service level
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree required, preferred in Marketing, Design, or Business
Experience in customer experience design and/or service design in pharmaceutical and/or adjacent industries preferred
Knowledge and experience of customer experience / service design concepts, process design principles, process analysis and process mapping
Proven relevant experience in service design, marketing insights, customer experience, solution design and strategy in healthcare, consumer goods, and/or pharmaceutical industry. Other industry experience is a plus
Experience in designing and implementing Customer Experience education and change management programs is required
Demonstrated ability to manage/lead complex projects and cross-functional/ matrix teams
Excellent communication skills and the ability to indirectly influence key partners and stakeholders
