The Corporate Services Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of SMI's Corporate Office by providing front office, administrative, mail, facilities, hospitality, meeting, and general corporate support. This position serves as a central resource for employees, visitors, vendors, and various departments and is responsible for helping ensure the Corporate Office remains professional, organized, welcoming, secure, and well-supported.
The Corporate Services Coordinator works closely with departments throughout the organization, including Accounting, Human Resources, and Administration, and must demonstrate strong organization, professionalism, confidentiality, initiative, and a willingness to assist wherever needed. A wide degree of creativity, flexibility, and latitude is expected.
Front Office & Corporate Services
- Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, partners, and guests entering the Corporate Office. Provide appropriate assistance and follow established visitors and security procedures.
- Provide general administrative and front office support to departments and leadership as needed.
- Assist with company errands and other general corporate needs as requested.
Corporate Mail & Shipping
- Coordinate all Corporate Office mail services, including receiving, sorting, scanning, distributing, and mailing correspondence.
- Prepare outgoing mail, including postage and certified mail, and ensure items are processed accurately and timely.
- Receive incoming packages and coordinate internal distribution.
- Prepare, package, and coordinate outgoing shipments and maintain applicable tracking information.
- Assist departments with special mailing and shipping needs as requested.
Accounts Payable & Banking Support
- Work closely with the accounting team to provide administrative support for check deposits and other related items.
- Assist with preparing and processing bank deposits as directed.
- Coordinate certified mail and other trackable financial correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of checks, financial information, and other sensitive documents.
Office Supplies & Workplace Support
- Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory of general office supplies. Order office supplies and special-requested items for departments as needed, including but not limited to coffee, water, paper, kitchen, meeting, and hospitality supplies.
- Coordinate with cleaning staff and other vendors as needed regarding office needs, special requests, supplies, scheduling, or areas requiring attention.
- Communicate facility maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate internal or external resource.
Meetings, Meals & Corporate Hospitality
- Serve as an office host for all in-office meetings, corporate lunches, employee gatherings, and other scheduled events. Work with internal teams, restaurants, caterers, and vendors to ensure hospitality needs are coordinated effectively.
- Coordinate meals, refreshments, room setup, supplies, and other hospitality needs for meetings and events.
- Assist with setup and breakdown for meetings and events as needed.
- Ensure all requested business/audio/visual supplies for meetings are available and ready in the meeting room.
Security & Office Access
- Assist with Corporate Office security and access-related administrative needs.
- Assist employees with routine access needs and coordinate issues with the appropriate department or vendor.
- Follow established procedures for visitors, badges, office access, and other security-related matters.
- Promptly communicate security or facility concerns to the appropriate member of management.
Administrative & Departmental Support
- Provide administrative support for special projects and corporate initiatives as assigned.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks during periods of increased workload or special projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed for Corporate Office services.
- Maintain accurate records, receipts, invoices, tracking information, and other documentation related to assigned responsibilities.

The Corporate Services Coordinator is expected to approach the position with flexibility and a service mindset. Because this role supports the overall Corporate Office, responsibilities may change based on business needs, meetings, events, visitors, and special projects.
High school diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of three years of experience in administration, corporate services, hospitality, reception, or a related field is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position will also be considered.

MUST BE LOCATED NEAR CARROLLTON,GA. Position is in-office.
Annual pay rate starts at 50,000 (USD).
