About You

We're looking for a highly motivated Investor Relations Intern to join our fundraising team for a six-month internship. You'll work directly with Hemini, who leads Investor Relations and fundraising at Earlybird, giving you hands-on exposure to LP relationships, fundraising strategy, and investor communications – and deep visibility into the inner workings of the venture capital industry.

At Earlybird, your projects, responsibilities, and tasks will likely include:

• Support investor communications – help prepare presentations, performance reports, and fundraising updates for our institutional investors

• Conduct investor and market research – identify and analyze potential Limited Partners across global markets

• Assist with meetings and events – prepare materials and background briefs for roadshows, investor calls, and roundtables

• Work cross-functionally – collaborate with the investment, finance, and marketing teams on fundraising-related topics

• Own operational tasks – maintain and structure internal databases and tracking tools for LP engagement

• Contribute ideas and insights – help sharpen our messaging and explore new opportunities to position Earlybird with investors

What we hope you bring to the role:

• Recently completed or currently enrolled in a university degree (3rd year Bachelor's or in your Master's) with outstanding academic performance

• Experience in consulting, banking, or private equity environments through internships

• Demonstrated experience creating high-quality, client-facing presentations is a plus

• Highly structured and analytical; confident in handling data and developing presentations

• Fluent in English is essential; fluent German is a strong plus

• Exceptional PowerPoint skills with a strong eye for visual storytelling and structure

• Confident using Excel for research, data structuring, and simple modeling tasks

• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Interest in venture capital, startups, and institutional fundraising

• A natural affinity or talent for sales, and a strong drive to learn quickly on the job

• Work authorization for the UK (or for Germany, if based in Munich or Berlin)

• Availability for a 6-month, full-time internship starting October 2026 or later
