Process Placement and Business Readiness
- Lead assessment and tracking of process placement, process ownership, and business readiness across Japan Finance and cross-functional teams.
- Work with deployment stakeholders to clarify process impacts, readiness requirements, local adoption needs, and open decisions.
- Drive monitoring of business readiness activities, ensuring actions are documented, owned, and progressed in line with deployment milestones.
- Identify areas requiring additional support, leadership intervention, training reinforcement, or process clarification.
Training Readiness
- Lead tracking of training plans, completion progress, attendance, participation, and readiness indicators for impacted Japan users.
- Monitor training readiness milestones and partner with workstream leads to resolve gaps in participation or understanding.
- Prepare and consolidate training readiness reports for deployment governance, leadership updates, and local stakeholder discussions.
- Identify user groups requiring additional enablement, reinforcement sessions, or targeted communications before go-live.

- Lead readiness planning and governance for hypercare, hyperclose, and transition-to-run activities following Osprey Japan go-live.
- Track completion of prerequisite activities required for go-live support, issue triage, escalation pathways, and business stabilization.
- Coordinate issue management, escalation tracking, resolution progress, and leadership reporting during hypercare.
- Drive reporting on stabilization metrics, post-deployment risks, lessons learned, and readiness for handover to run teams.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement in deployment tracking, governance routines, readiness reporting, and decision escalation processes.
- Standardize deployment monitoring tools, templates, dashboards, and action management practices for Osprey Japan.
- Capture lessons learned and translate them into practical improvements for future Osprey deployment waves and Japan stabilization activities.
