Executive/Senior Finance Manager (Finance Digitalisation)

[What the role is]

You will be part of a dynamic team driving the digital transformation of BCA’s finance services and systems. Working at the intersection of finance, technology and business, you will help translate user and operational needs into digital solutions that simplify processes, strengthen financial controls and improve data quality.

You will work closely with Finance, IT and business teams to design, deliver and continuously improve finance products and workflows, leveraging automation, data and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency, financial accuracy and decision-making.

Finance Digitalisation and Product Development

• Support the design and delivery of digital finance solutions from problem identification and requirements gathering through implementation and continuous improvement.
• Partner stakeholders to understand user needs and redesign finance processes and systems to improve user experience, data quality and financial reporting.
• Identify and prioritise opportunities for automation, data analytics and AI to improve finance operations.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify opportunities for further enhancement.

Project Delivery and Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with Finance operations, IT and business teams to translate business and user needs into system requirements and solutions.
• Support end-to-end delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation and post-go-live enhancements.
• Coordinate across stakeholders and solution providers to deliver solutions that meet business needs and intended outcomes.

Key Projects

You will have opportunities to work on digital finance initiatives such as:

• Centralised Payments – Onboarding BCA's revenue-generating eServices to a Centralised Payment Gateway to provide a more streamlined payment experience.
• Digital eServices – Partnering IT and business teams to redesign eServices and improve financial data accuracy and downstream reporting.
• AI-enabled Reconciliation – Applying AI to strengthen auto-matching of transactions and improve the efficiency of bank reconciliations.
• Finance Data and Analytics – Integrating finance data with BCA's Smart Data Hub to enable dashboards, analytics and better financial insights.

The successful candidate will be placed on a 2-year contract.
