Reporting to the Digital Marketing & Web Analytics Manager, the Digital Performance Analyst supports the measurement, reporting and optimization of our digital experiences and marketing activities. Working closely across Digital Marketing and Digital Product, you will help the team understand how our websites, campaigns and digital initiatives are performing and turn data into clear insights that improve customer experience and business outcomes.
You will work hands-on with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), SEMrush, various paid media platforms, and other reporting tools to monitor digital performance, support SEO analytics, strengthen measurement and identify opportunities across the customer journey. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, curious and detail-oriented, and who enjoys connecting marketing, product and web data to answer what happened, why it happened and what we should do next.
What You'll Do:
- Own and support recurring digital performance reporting across key business areas, including monthly KPI reporting, SMR trafficking population, paid media, website traffic and executive-ready insights. Monitor performance regularly, investigate meaningful changes and proactively flag trends, anomalies and emerging opportunities.
- Analyze website and digital product performance using GA4 and other data sources, including traffic trends, landing pages, CTA engagement, funnels, customer drop-off and post-launch performance. Establish baselines, support KPI definitions and measurement frameworks, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for Product, Marketing, UX and Content partners.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using SEMrush, Google Search Console and GA4, including organic traffic, search visibility, keyword rankings, click-through rates, landing-page performance and organic conversions. Conduct keyword, search-trend and competitor analysis to identify opportunities to improve content, discoverability and organic performance.
- Maintain and enhance digital dashboards and reporting views; coordinate audience requests and required data inputs with internal Data teams and external partners, including Glentel; and support ad hoc website data needs for Digital Product, Marketing, UX and Content teams.
- Support digital measurement and website tagging through GA4 and GTM, including tagging requests, measurement requirements, implementation validation and documentation. Partner cross-functionally to ensure new campaigns, website functionality and digital initiatives have appropriate tracking in place and can be measured against intended customer and business outcomes.
What You Bring:
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including website traffic, engagement, events, funnels and conversion analysis, and hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and digital tagging/measurement.
- Experience with SEO analytics and reporting, including organic traffic, keyword performance, search visibility and landing-page performance; experience with SEMrush, Google Search Console or a comparable SEO platform is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience analyzing website, digital marketing or digital product performance, identifying trends and performance drivers, and translating data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Experience developing or maintaining recurring reports and dashboards, with strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI is an asset.
- Strong communication, organization and collaboration skills, with the ability to balance recurring deliverables and ad hoc requests while working effectively across Digital Marketing, Product, UX, Content, Data & Analytics, Technology and external partners.
