Digital Product Manager - 12 Month Contract

Build digital experiences that make healthcare simpler.

We’re looking for a Digital Product Manager to join our Digital Enterprise, Member Experience team and own key digital product workstreams across payments, billing, claims and self-service experiences.

What you’ll do

You’ll take products from discovery through to delivery and continuous improvement, using customer insight, data and experimentation to create digital experiences that genuinely make life easier for our members.

You’ll:

• Own and prioritise the digital product roadmap and backlog, balancing member needs, business outcomes and regulatory requirements.
• Lead discovery to identify member pain points, market opportunities and ways to improve self-service.
• Partner with technology, business and delivery teams to design and deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Use data, analytics and customer research to measure performance and make evidence-based product decisions.
• Define and track product KPIs including digital adoption, transaction success, claims completion, customer effort and CSAT.
• Champion the product vision and build alignment across stakeholders, including senior leaders.
• Identify and remove barriers to delivery, ensuring teams can continuously deliver meaningful value.

What you’ll bring

You’re an experienced Digital Product Manager who knows how to navigate complex products, systems and customer journeys — ideally within a regulated environment.

You’ll have:

• Proven experience managing digital products across payments, billing, claims, reimbursement or financial transactions.
• Experience delivering end-to-end digital journeys, from discovery and submission through to processing, tracking and resolution.
• A strong understanding of payment or claims workflows, integrations, APIs and third-party platforms.
• Experience using customer insights, analytics and experimentation to shape product strategy and prioritisation.
• A track record of improving self-service, customer experience and operational efficiency.
• The ability to balance customer needs with security, fraud, regulatory and operational requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence across business and technology teams.

Experience in health insurance, banking, fintech, insurance or claims management will be highly regarded.
