Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an organized, dependable, and people-focused Assistant Office Manager to help keep our office running efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys coordinating details, supporting a team, communicating with customers and vendors, and improving everyday processes. What You’ll Be Doing
- Support daily office operations and help maintain an organized, professional workplace.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, meetings, and internal communications.
- Answer and route phone calls and emails while providing courteous service to clients, vendors, and team members.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain business records, reports, forms, and other office documentation.
- Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, expense tracking, data entry, and basic bookkeeping support.
- Order office supplies, monitor inventory, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Help onboard new employees and maintain accurate personnel and training records.
- Support management with special projects, follow-up items, and process improvements.
- Identify administrative issues early, recommend practical solutions, and follow tasks through to completion.
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; associate degree or relevant coursework is a plus.
- Previous experience in office administration, customer service, coordination, or a similar support role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Accurate data-entry, filing, and general computer skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally by phone, email, and in person.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize assignments, and maintain attention to detail.
- Experience with billing, accounts payable or receivable, payroll support, or business management software is a plus.
