As a General Manager at Culver’s you will be responsible for ensuring the happiness of both our guests and our team members and for keeping things running smoothly. We are looking for a manager who wants to thrive in a positive, upbeat atmosphere where they have a hand in creating great culture.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage shifts
- Assist scheduling, training, and inventory management
- Train and develop entry-level managers
- Manager labor, food, and other controllable costs
- Develop strategies for sales growth
