Job Summary

Designs and implements digital services to meet Business requirements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless digital solutions. Monitors and optimizes digital solutions for performance and scalability.

Key Areas of Responsibility
• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical requirements.
• Documents technical processes and provides training to support teams
• Owns the overall technical quality, performance, security, continuity and availability of the products in scope.
• Translates business requirements into technical solutions to optimize business experience.
• Analyze problems and provide problem solving expertise to ensure complex issues are resolved efficiently within the stipulated timeframe while also meeting the satisfaction of the user.
• Proactively share knowledge and experiences in focus groups, with colleagues from own and other teams with a similar technical focus.
• Collaborate with Product Owners/ Service Owners/ Business Process Owners/ Business Process Experts to craft clear business requirements and deliver prototypes and products within timelines/ sprints.
• Be the trusted advisor for Product Owner/ Service Owners/ Business Process Owners/ Business Process Experts for the product area.
• Integrates digital services with existing platforms and third-party applications.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), including at least 6 years of hands-on experience with UiPath.
  • Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and familiarity with UiPath Apps and AI Center or Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving RPA technologies is essential.
  • Have delivered Agentic Automation use cases.
  • Solid programming skills in VB.NET, C#, Python, and SAP scripting.
  • Experience working with SQL databases, REST/SOAP APIs, and version control systems such as Git.
  • UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Developer, Advanced RPA Developer) are highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.

  Good to have:

  • Experience with AI/ML, document understanding, or process mining.
  • Exposure to cloud automation (UiPath Cloud, Azure, AWS).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD practices.
  • Domain experience in Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Consumer, or Customer Service.
