About the Role

Total Wine & More is seeking a Sr. Associate, Sales & Service to support store programs that elevate the customer experience and drive consistent execution across the field. This role will help create and implement store sampling programs, support tasting and sampling compliance, maintain store standards, and partner closely with the Merchant team and other cross-functional partners to ensure programs are clear, actionable, compliant, and aligned to business priorities. Please note this is not a remote work opportunity. You will report to the Manager, Sales & Service.

 

You will

• Support the creation, implementation, and ongoing administration of store sampling programs that enhance the customer experience and drive consistent execution.
• Partner with the Merchant team to align sampling programs, tasting events, product priorities, and store execution guidance with business needs.
• Maintain and communicate sampling and tasting compliance requirements, partnering with Legal, Compliance, Store Operations, and field leaders as needed.
• Draft, update, and organize store-facing materials, job aids, timelines, and execution tools that make programs easy for store teams to understand and execute.
• Support store standards by helping keep field guidance current, accurate, and aligned to operational expectations.
• Coordinate with Store Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, Training, Compliance, and other SSC partners to gather details, resolve questions, and support successful program launches.
• Track program timelines, requests, updates, approvals, and follow-ups to ensure sampling, tasting, and store standards work stays organized and on schedule.
• Review store-facing content for clarity, consistency, compliance alignment, and ease of execution before publishing or routing for approval.

 

You will come with

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
• 1-4 years of experience in retail operations, store support, merchandising, compliance, marketing, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate program details into clear, actionable store guidance.
• Strong attention to detail, proofreading skills, and commitment to accurate, compliant, and polished work.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, program details, and cross-functional inputs in a fast-paced environment.
•  Collaborative and service-oriented, with the ability to work effectively with Merchant partners, Store Operations, field leaders, and SSC teams.
• Comfort learning and applying compliance requirements related to sampling, tasting, and store execution standards.
• Experience with or ability to quickly learn tools and platforms including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and basic content management tools.
•  Ability to adapt to changing priorities, apply feedback, and continue building program coordination and store support skills.
• Availability to work some nights and weekends, if necessary, to meet business deadlines or support key program launches.
