What You’ll Do
As a key member of our team, you will oversee marketing and business development efforts to support growth and community engagement. Responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing relationships with referral sources, payers, and community partners
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to support organizational growth goals
- Negotiating service contracts with managed care organizations, government agencies, and other payers
- Conducting market analysis and identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement
- Supporting leadership in developing annual volume projections and marketing budgets
- Promoting clinical programs in collaboration with the clinical leadership team
- Representing Preceptor in the community to build awareness and trust
- Monitoring the effectiveness and return on investment of marketing efforts
- Maintaining knowledge of market trends, competitors, and payer landscapes
- Assisting patients and families with accessing community resources when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred (not required)
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare marketing experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, payer structures, and community resources
- Professional, flexible, and results-driven approach
- Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
