LPN or RN – OB/GYN Phone Triage Nurse

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Hybrid Schedule | No Nights or Weekends

Rockhill Women's Care has been providing quality OB/GYN care to Kansas City families since 1989. We are a privately-owned, all-female physician-owned practice with 12 providers and locations in Overland Park/Leawood, on the campus of Menorah Medical Center, and in Lee's Summit, on the campus of Saint Luke's East Hospital.

We are looking for a full-time LPN or RN to join our Phone Triage team!

Our Phone Triage Nurses work closely with our providers and clinical staff to provide patients with timely communication, clinical guidance, education, and compassionate, patient-centered care.

The hybrid schedule consists of 5 days per week, with the option to work from home 2–3 days per week. The remaining days are worked at one of our office locations.

What You'll Do

• Perform clinical assessments and obtain pertinent patient information during telephone interactions
• Work closely with providers to ensure care is consistent with the patient's plan of care
• Provide patients with guidance, support, and education
• Document telephone encounters, services provided, and patient education in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
• Protect patient confidentiality and maintain the privacy of patient information

Compensation

LPN: $26–$30 per hour
RN: $30–$34 per hour

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program
• Current nursing license required for Kansas and Missouri
• Excellent verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Strong written communication skills
• EMR experience preferred
• OB/GYN experience strongly preferred
