Junior Data Analyst - temporary assignment

We're looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our team at the VELUX Factory in Gniezno for an exciting 8-month journey. In this role, you'll help us build powerful reports and visualize data across Operations & Supply Chain. This is the perfect next step for someone who already has a taste of report building and is ready to broaden their horizons in a truly international setting.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and maintain a standardized and scalable Data Toolbox across the supply chain
• Partner with our Digital Product Owner team and Operations to ensure high data quality through agile sprint execution and user stories
• Be a trusted sparring partner for digital transformation initiatives
• Design and deliver actionable data solutions including controls and monitoring , based on real business needs
• Investigate data quality issues at their root and recommend long-lasting solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments and Plants (PCo) to drive a globally standardized approach from shop floor to top management (design, standards, governance, reporting, and documentation)

What You Bring

• Some hands-on experience in building reports and developing dashboards using tools like Power BI and Grafana
• A keen eye for user experience and a natural sense for designing intuitive interfaces
• Fluent English, both written and spoken - this is a must
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup (3 days per week on-site at the plant)
