Cherokee Town & Country Club, one of America's premier private clubs, is seeking Full Time and Part Time Front of House Bartenders to join our Food and Beverage team at the Town Club. 

In this role, you'll craft drinks, greet members by name, and keep the bar running smoothly during service. Your skill behind the bar and your warmth with members will directly shape the atmosphere our Club is known for. Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Greet members and guests warmly and create a welcoming bar experience.
  Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer to Club standards.
• Learn and remember member preferences and favorite drinks.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar throughout service.
• Check identification and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service.
• Process member charges accurately using the Club's point of sale system.
• Restock and rotate liquor, wine, beer, and bar supplies.
• Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff during busy service periods.
• Set up and break down the bar before and after each shift.
• Maintain bar equipment and report any issues to management.
• Assist with special events, private parties, and member functions as needed.
• Uphold the Club's standards for cleanliness, presentation, and service.
• Other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous bartending experience, preferably in a private club, hotel, or upscale restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Current or ability to obtain food and alcohol service certifications as required by Georgia law.
• Ability to work efficiently during high volume service periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to a polished guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Dependability, initiative, and a strong commitment to hospitality.

EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE

• Experience working in a private club or member based environment.
• Wine, spirits, or mixology certifications.
• Experience working large events or banquet bar service.
