To support our Brand Experience Team we are looking for an

Intern Trade Marketing Assets (100%)

Duration: 6 months
Start: January 2027

The Intern Trade Marketing Assets is supporting the Trade Marketing Specialist in the logistics, administrative tasks and implementation of various trade marketing assets, such as Printed Materials, Visual Assets, Gifts and Special packaging. The Intern Trade Marketing Assets & Experience reports to the Project Manager Trade Marketing Assets.

YOUR MISSION AT IWC.

• Support in project management, development, implementation and monitoring of: 
  > Printed Materials (Catalogues, CRM-cards, Stationary) 
  > Visual Watch Assets 
  > Gifts 
  > Special packaging 

• Handling supplier communication: briefing, coordinating and launching productions 

• Order management support in collaboration with markets worldwide 

• Logistical management in collaboration with the internal logistics-department  

• 360° SAP-Handling of Trade Marketing Articles: Article-creation and -maintenance, article fact sheets, Sharepoint 

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a major in Business and/or Marketing 

• Min. 2 years working experience and very pronounced project management-skills and proficiency 

• SAP-experience is a plus 

• Proactive attitude 

• Exact, insistent and dainty way of working with a strong eye for details also in stressful situations 

• Hands-On mentality  

• Very service-oriented mindset 

• Highly stress-resistant personality that easily communicates in an international environment 

• Full business proficiency in English
