NBD Project Manager 專案經理 (林口園區)

The NBD Project Manager is responsible for driving the incubation of Advantech's New Business Development (NBD) topics. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate resources, monitor progress, and move each topic toward a fundable, executable Business Plan (BP).

Rather than owning a specific product, the NBD Project Manager owns the overall incubation process for each topic — from market exploration to validation and eventual hand-off for scaling.

 Responsibilities of the role

• Research technology, market, and industry trends to identify and validate new NBD topics.

• Partner with Business Owners to develop and refine each topic's BP and go-to-market strategy.

• Identify potential partners for synergic collaborations

• Track topic status, milestones, and key decisions, and recommend actions.

• Coordinate resources, budget, and timelines across internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in business development, project management, strategy planning, and market research.

• Proven ability to conduct market analysis and translate findings into actionable business plans.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to track multiple initiatives and drive decisions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or other advanced degree.

• Experience in venture building, corporate innovation, incubation programs, or a startup environment.

• Experience engaging external experts, academia, or industry associations.

• Domain exposure to Edge AI, IoT, robotics, industrial automation, environment & agriculture, or semiconductor.

NBD 專案經理負責推動研華新事業（NBD）題目之孵化。此職位需與內部團隊及外部夥伴密切合作，協調資源、追蹤進度，並推動各題目邁向可執行、可獲得投資之 Business Plan。

此職位並非負責特定產品，而是負責各題目整體孵化歷程的推進——從市場探索、驗證，到最終轉交事業單位進行規模化。

• 協調內部團隊與外部夥伴之資源、預算與時程。

必備條件

• 商業、工程、資訊或相關科系學士學位以上。

• 10 年以上事業開發、專案管理、策略規劃或市場研究相關經驗。

• 具市場分析能力，能將分析結果轉化為可執行之 Business Plan。

• 優異的專案管理能力，能同時追蹤多項題目並推動決策。

• 優異的溝通與利害關係人管理能力，能與各層級（含高階主管）互動。

• 中英文流利。

• 具 MBA 或其他碩士以上學歷。

• 具新事業孵化、企業內部創新或新創公司相關經驗。

• 具與外部專家、學研單位或產業協會合作經驗。

• 具 Edge AI、IoT、機器人、工業自動化、智慧環境與農業或半導體領域相關背景。
