This role offers a consistent weekday schedule while supporting our Allergy, Asthma & Sinus team across three Long Island locations:
Monday: Brentwood | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Wednesday: Hicksville | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Thursday: Oceanside | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

What You’ll Do
Room patients and obtain medical histories and vital signs
Assist physicians during examinations and allergy-related procedures
Administer allergy injections (immunotherapy) and monitor patients for reactions
Perform or assist with allergy testing, such as skin prick testing
Educate patients on allergy management, medications, and treatment plans
Document patient information in electronic medical records (EMRs)
Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up care
Refill medications and communicate with pharmacies as directed by providers
Recognize and respond to allergic reactions and emergencies, including anaphylaxis
Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and infection-control standards
What We’re Looking For
Current LPN license in NY state
CPR/BLS certification
Knowledge of allergy, asthma, and immunology care (preferred)
Strong communication and patient education skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Compensation:$30-$33/ph
The compensation range listed represents Allied Physicians Group’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this position at the time of posting. The specific compensation offered will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
