Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week | 9 AM-5 PM M-F
Compensation: $18/hour + commission + performance based bonuses
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Kickstart your sales career in solar energy and home electrification with Venture Home. We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our inside sales team in Stamford, CT. In this high-impact role, you’ll engage homeowners across the Northeast, introduce them to clean energy solutions, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.
What You’ll Do
Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to connect with prospective residential customers.
Lead Qualification: Educate homeowners on solar energy benefits, assess their needs, and spark interest in clean technology.
Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified sales meetings for Account Executives and maintain a clean lead pipeline.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership and operations to ensure smooth customer handoffs.
Skill Development: Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching to sharpen your phone pitch, objection handling, and closing skills.
