MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide program support to the Health Home Program by working with the Care Coordinators and Director of Health Homes.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain records within Captain (close members, assign goals, etc.)
- Create member files
- Take inventory and order office/kitchen supplies as needed
- Distribute ordered supplies and restock supplies as required in designated areas
- Provide office orientation for new staff (introduce to other teams, show/review emergency exits, show/review safety protocol)
- Send a program welcome letter to new members and closing documents to members who have disenrolled
- Organize and deliver inter-office mail
- Send member satisfaction surveys
- Answering Phones, greeting visitors, Scanning, faxing, and filing as required
- Ability to lift, stand, bend, and sit to complete needed tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MUST HAVE Computer knowledge, including but not limited to Windows, Microsoft Office
- Ability to work as part of a team with co-workers and with other colleagues as necessary
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to relate/work with diverse groups, community agencies, schools, and the general public
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail
- Ability to Multitask in face pace environment
- Ability to follow directions and communicate well (orally and in writing)
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma/GED Plus two years of experience as a secretarial or program assistant.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.
Requirements
- A Valid Driver's License and Insured Vehicle.
- PPD (TB test required with proof of results; no more than 1 year old)
