Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Service Analyst to join our IT team.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for users, providing support through the ticketing tool, phone calls, and on-site support. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
