Job Description

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and drive innovation in asset and fleet management? We’re seeking a forward-thinking Asset and Fleet Operations Manager to optimize our logistics and elevate operational standards!

This role involves leading and managing a team, building relationships with third-party suppliers, driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing budgets and forecasts, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to align asset and fleetation strategies with organizational objectives. Additionally, the Asset and Fleet Operations Manager serves as the primary escalation point for resolving operational issues and ensuring smooth, effective operations across the board.

Core Responsibilities

• Fleet & Asset Lifecycle: Oversee acquisition, maintenance, deployment, and decommissioning of all assets and fleet vehicles.
• Operations & Logistics: Manage daily transport and fleet logistics, ensuring compliance with safety and legal standards.
• Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and manage KPIs for third-party maintenance and supply partners.
• Budget & Performance: Manage operational budgets and use data-driven insights to optimize costs and uptime.
• Leadership: Direct, coach, and develop operational staff to deliver against performance targets.
• Escalation Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving critical operational and supply chain disruptions.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4–6+ years in fleet management, logistics, or asset-heavy operations.
• Skills: Proven expertise in budgeting, vendor negotiation, and data analysis.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage teams and resolve high-stakes operational issues.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations, or related field preferred.
