We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual who has a passion for the automotive industry and a desire to facilitate excellent customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding vehicle services.Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services and repairs.Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.RequirementsPrevious experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive sector.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Basic understanding of automotive repair and maintenance.Proficient in using computer systems and software for documentation and communication.Nice to haveCertification or training in automotive service advising.Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.Knowledge of the latest automotive technologies and trends.
