Responsibilities

The Opportunity

MCC LATAM Commercial Finance analyst will play a key role in the LatAm’s direct profit planning, reporting and control. This role is responsible for the consolidation of LatAm’s Topline, NRR, Innovation and other ad-hoc reports. Lead OU´s CommCat consolidation and generating efficiencies. Interact and become business partner for OUs FP&A and Category Finance teams, delivering accurate information to lead decision making process and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) fulfillment according to their target.

 

Your Impact

As FP&A Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of:

  • Deliver an excellent service to GBS Finance clients according to SLA’s aligned with LatAm CommCat for Topline, NRR and Innovation consolidation and reporting processes.
  • Quickly develop an understanding of LatAm financial objectives and commercial plans to effectively play a key role as a business partner.
  • Lead and Support COMCAT Team in the construction of  OT P&L Tracker consisiting of: requesting information to each LATAM OU, analyzing and consolidating information received and elaborate final dashboard with main results, KPIs and explanations of OT Performance in a quarter frecuency and also in AOP.

  • Lead and elaborate LATAM D&A Performance Report, analyzing LATAM OUs D&A performance with the deep dive requested and focusing in White Swan Categories, giving visibility of each category to Finance and Commercial Teams (CCO).

  • Follow up AdHocs monthly request by LatAm CommCat in order to assist CCO Teams in finance matters.
  • LatAm Point Person for Topline Tracker, Innovation, NRR and COMCAT Reports.
  • Support LatAm CommCat and Category Finance teams in the construction of Fcst and AOP reports to understand Topline main drivers and providing accurate and timely information to support decision making process

  • Load Innovation in Cockpit each Q
  • Lead recurrent sessions with all stakeholders to ensure alignment, new projects and priorities of the team
  • Owner of LatAm CommCat planning model’s responsible of their maintenance, updates and improvements

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, economics or finance.

Experience

  • Intermediate Excel skills needed. Advanced Excel and Power Point skills desired.
  • Desired experience with Power Query, VBA and Power BI tools
  • Language: Spanish native / English fluent
  • Deep understanding of a P&L and its drivers
  • Blend of control/planning and field finance
  • Quick/Self learner and curiousity to explore new ways to manage tools and processes.
  • Able to work without supervision
