Male Spa & Salon Supervisor - Mandalay Bay

As a Spa & Salon Supervisor at Mandalay Bay & W Las Vegas, you'll set the tone for an unforgettable guest experience with your warm welcome and genuine service. THE STARTING RATE: $20.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee daily operations within the spa and/or salon environment ensuring guest and employee satisfaction by providing services, products, and experiences of the highest caliber

• Ensure timely and professional resolution of any guest related challenges and/or concerns, communicate and implement company policies and objectives to employees, and maintain efficient staffing and supply levels needed to provide superior service and maximize all revenue opportunities

• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in a guest service or hospitality

• Knowledgeable in Spa & Salon services and has a passion for wellness and selfcare is preferred

• Has previous leadership experience

• High School Diploma or GED

• Must be 21 years of age or older
