Your New Role – Theatrical Project Manager (M/W/D)

In this role, you will coordinate the implementation and expansion of the Sales Tool project while supporting key sales, event and office coordination activities within the Motion Picture Group. You will play an important role in enabling cross-divisional collaboration and helping deliver key business initiatives successfully.

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Management, implementation and expansion of Theatrical Projects
• Responsible for Sales Coordination including: Reporting and maintaining of box office figures in internal and external systems, Invoicing management (SAP, GEMA, BU-Coding and PO maintenance).
• Management and coordination of events including: Organising external and internal events such as tradeshows, award ceremonies, town halls, business updates and executive visits.
• Hamburg Office coordination (e.g. cross-divisional communication, Amex cards, DB Portal).

Qualifications & Experience...

• Commercial apprenticeship or comparable education.
• Extensive work experience in a comparable role, including Office Management responsibilities.
• Very good German and English language skills, written and spoken.
• Extensive experience organising various events within the film or entertainment industry.
• Structured, proactive and solution-oriented way of working with a high degree of flexibility and resilience; SAP / ERP knowledge desired.

Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten...

• Management, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung des Theatrical Project Managers
• Verantwortung für die Sales Coordination einschließlich: Reporting und Pflege von Box-Office-Zahlen in internen und externen Systemen, Rechnungsmanagement (SAP, GEMA, BU-Coding und Pflege von Purchase Orders).
• Management und Koordination von Veranstaltungen: Organisation externer und interner Veranstaltungen wie Messen, Preisverleihungen, Town Halls, Business Updates und Executive Visits.
• Hamburg Office Koordination (z. B. divisionsübergreifende Kommunikation, Amex-Karten, DB Portal).
 

Erfahrung und Kompetenzen...

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Extensive Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position einschließlich Office-Management-Verantwortung.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Extensive Erfahrung in der Organisation verschiedener Veranstaltungen innerhalb der Film- oder Unterhaltungsbranche.
• Strukturierte, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit; SAP-/ERP-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert.
