Supply Chain Project Manager

Role Overview

As a key member of the Supply Chain organization, you will lead and execute high-impact programs that drive business transformation, supply chain readiness, and operational excellence across the product lifecycle. This role requires a proactive, analytical, and collaborative leader who excels at managing complex initiatives, influencing executive stakeholders, and delivering data-driven insights that shape strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate combines strong supply chain, sourcing, and program management expertise with an AI-enabled, digital-first mindset, leveraging AI tools, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve decision-making, accelerate execution, identify opportunities, and drive business outcomes. You will partner across R&D, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Business teams to develop innovative solutions and ensure successful delivery of strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Management: Lead and manage multiple strategic projects and programs simultaneously, applying best-in-class methodologies to ensure successful delivery of outcomes, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Communication & Influence: Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels. Create impactful presentations using PowerPoint and facilitate meetings to drive consensus and decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong working relationships with global and cross-functional teams, driving alignment and execution of strategic initiatives across Supply Chain, and other functions.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging data insights and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analytics & Reporting: Analyze large and complex datasets using advanced analytics tools (Excel, Databricks, Tableau etc.) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop reports that drive business performance.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Ensure all phases of project, program, and process development are documented. Disseminate information to relevant functional areas and contribute to organizational knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7 years of experience in program management, analytics, or related roles within a matrixed or global organization.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Six Sigma) are a plus.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve business processes, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization), Databricks (or similar), PowerPoint (presentation design and storytelling); experience with Tableau, Power BI, or SQL preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and geographies.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and stakeholder management abilities.
