תיאור משרה

המפעל מייצר בטכנולוגיה של הזרקת פלסטיק ואוטומציה מתקדמת חלקים של מכשירי הגזה. חלקים אלו מורכבים למכשירי הגזה  במחלקת הרכבות.

התפקיד כולל:

• ניהול ישיר של צוות קטן במחלקת ההרכבות במפעל הפלסטיק ותחום הבטחת האיכות במחלקה
• אחריות מלאה לאיכות המוצרים בהתאם למפרטי הייצור, הוראות העבודה, הנהלים והסטנדרטים במפעל
• הגדרת בדיקות האיכות הרצויות עבור מכשירי ההגזה
• הגדרת תהליכי עבודה ונהלים (כולל כתיבת נהלים ועידכונם)
• שיפור מתמיד של תהליכים
• צמצום בזבוזים לפי מתודולוגיית ה-Lean
• ניהול סיכונים (PFMEA)
• ניהול חריגות ואי התאמות
• תחקור תלונות של לקוחות פנימיים, חיצוניים וספקים
• קידום פרויקטי איכות מפעליים
• ניטור ומדידה של כשלים בתהליך – SPC
• ביצוע וליווי מבדקים פנימיים וחיצוניים ומבדקים לספקים
• ניהול מדדי איכות KPI של המחלקה
• ניהול איכות ספקים: כולל הערכת ספק, הסמכת ספקים, ניהול קבלני משנה.
• ניהול תחום ביקורת קבלה וחומרי גלם
• ניהול תחום ניטור מדידה ניתוח והערכה של מכשירי מדידה

Responsibilities (English)

The plant manufactures components for gas delivery devices using plastic injection molding and advanced automation technologies. These components are assembled into gas delivery devices in the Assembly Department.

The role includes:

• Direct management of a small team within the Assembly Department at the plastics manufacturing plant, as well as responsibility for quality assurance activities within the department.
• Full responsibility for product quality in accordance with manufacturing specifications, work instructions, procedures, and plant standards.
• Defining the required quality inspections and testing for gas delivery devices.
• Defining work processes and procedures, including writing, implementing, and updating procedures.
• Continuous improvement of processes.
• Reducing waste in accordance with Lean methodology.
• Risk management, including PFMEA.
• Management of deviations and non-conformities.
• Investigation of complaints from internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Leading and promoting plant-wide quality projects.
• Monitoring and measuring process failures using SPC (Statistical Process Control).
• Conducting and supporting internal and external audits, as well as supplier audits.
• Managing the department’s quality KPIs and performance metrics.
• Supplier quality management, including supplier evaluation and qualification, supplier approval, and management of subcontractors.
• Managing incoming inspection and raw material quality activities.
• Managing the monitoring, measurement, analysis, and evaluation of measuring and inspection equipment.

Qualifications (English)

• Proven experience in quality assurance within an industrial/manufacturing environment – a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Industrial Engineering & Management – a significant advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings – a significant advantage.
• Previous management experience – a significant advantage.
• Excellent command of Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Assertiveness, strong teamwork skills, ability to motivate employees, and strong leadership capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with and experience working with Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
