Job OverviewThis role is essential for aligning Customer Experiences improvements with business strategy to drive desired behaviors
and outcomes. This role manages the design and implementation of Customer Experience improvments, CX performance,
and channel programs. It differentiates by integrating cross-functional collaboration with leadership, operations, finance,
and human resources to ensure cohesive execution. Success is measured by effective improvements in Customer
Onboarding experience, Interactive Analysis, NPS, customer sentiment, operational excellence, and alignment with
strategic business goals. The work impacts organizational performance by enabling clear communication and execution of
initiatives across field and headquarters teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop analytics-driven sales compensation recommendations to support business initiatives and align sales behaviors with strategy
- Partner with functional groups to identify field challenges and develop national solutions and tactics
- Translate business strategy into actionable tactics and provide clear explanations to field employees
Create communication tools to support change management and prepare field teams for program
launches
- Collaborate with technical partners to ensure systematic execution and assist with system design as needed
- Present strategic insights and influence senior leadership to achieve business objectives
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 7+ years of experience in sales operations, strategy, and/or program management. Tech industry preferred. (Preferred)
- Retail/wireless sales/service experience a plus (Preferred)

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $128,640 - $231,960National Base Pay Range: $107,200 - $193,300
The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.

Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
