The Deal Desk Senior Analyst will support NCR Atleos’ European Payments and Network business by enabling consistent deal governance, pricing alignment, and structured approval processes across markets. The role combines hands-on deal support with ownership of coordination and stakeholder alignment, helping drive transparency and consistency in commercial decision-making.

The role works closely with Finance, Commercial, Product, and Legal teams across Europe to ensure adherence to governance frameworks, alignment on key deal assumptions, and effective execution across markets.

Deal Modeling

• Support and contribute to both complex, multi-market deal modelling and standardised deal models (e.g. single-site / IBG scenarios), ensuring accuracy and consistency of key assumptions

• Adapt modelling approach depending on deal complexity, balancing structured templates with tailored analysis where required

• Adhere to tight deadlines by providing timely responses, proactive modeling and managing multiple competing priorities

• Attention to detail and strong financial acumen is a must

• Educate field sales organization and other teams relevant to Deals Desk processes (including deal structuring best practice, bid review process, systems and tools).

• Co-ordinate with dedicated centralized Corporate functions in Finance, Legal, Product and Solutions Management, Professional Services, etc, to enable more effective competitive wins.

Educational & Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study, MBA preferred

• 2-5 years of experience in consulting, finance, pricing strategy or similar roles

• Experience with a multi-national firm; technology and SaaS experience preferred

• Exposure to Marketing & Sales function is a plus

• Good technical background; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience working with large databases and data visualization tools

• Confidence dealing with less-than-perfect data

• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply

• Superb written and verbal communication skills
