Senior ERP Developer - Oracle Fusion Financials (Workday-Ready)

Releady is partnering with a leading healthcare technology client, who is seeking a Senior ERP Developer to support its corporate finance systems. This role owns the day-to-day health of an Oracle Fusion Financials environment, covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, subledger accounting, and procure-to-pay, while helping shape the organization’s move to Workday Financials.

This is a dual-mandate role. In the near term, the developer will keep Oracle running through month-end close, journal and reporting issues, and enhancements, including work tied to separating data across newly independent legal entities. Over the next two years, the developer will contribute directly to Workday Financials design ahead of a planned January 2028 cutover.

• Pay Rate: $65–$75/hr
• Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire
• Location: Hybrid or Remote, however must reside in the following states: WA, OH, CA, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, MD, MN, NV, OR, AL, IL, VA, WI, TX, NY

• •     Design, develop, and enhance solutions across GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and procure-to-pay.
• •     Resolve month-end and year-end close issues, including journal posting errors and trial balance discrepancies.
• •     Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement lasting fixes

• •     Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP web services, FBDI, ADFdi, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• •     Develop financial reporting in OTBI and BI Publisher for finance stakeholders.
• •     Support legal-entity separation work, including partitioning employee and invoice data.

• •     Contribute to Workday Financials planning and design, dedicating significant time as the program advances.
• •     Translate finance requirements into technical specifications, solution designs, test scripts, and deployment plans.
• •     Partner with Finance, Procurement, IT, and vendors, and mentor junior developers and analysts.

• •     7+ years of hands-on ERP development experience, with at least 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials.
• •     Strong accounting fundamentals across GL, AP, AR, subledger, and procure-to-pay processes.
• •     Proficiency with FBDI, ADFdi, OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL, and PL/SQL; Oracle Integration Cloud is preferred.
• •     Experience building REST/SOAP integrations, data conversions, and customizations in cloud ERP environments.
• •     Workday Financials experience (EIB, Studio, Prism Analytics) is strongly preferred.
• •     Clear communication with both technical and finance stakeholders; Agile/Scrum and Oracle or Workday certifications are a plus.
• •     BA/BS degree or equivalent IT experience.
