The hourly rate for this position is $$28-$33 per hour.

This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

Hours for this position are Mon-Thurs 6am-4:30pm

## What you’ll do:

Eaton’s Electrical Sector is currently seeking an ERP Transaction Flow Specialist to join our team. This position is based at our Airdrie, Alberta.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ERP Transaction Flow Specialist to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to clean pending transactions and ensure the MRP system properly relieves inventory. Additionally, this role will provide crucial support to production schedulers, helping to develop and maintain production schedules, monitor inventory levels, and ensure alignment between Oracle inventory, engineering order flow, and production processes. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to think outside the box to resolve long-term errors.

In this function you will:

• Clean old pending transactions in the Oracle system.
• Ensure the MRP system accurately relieves inventory.
• Root cause issues with lost parts in the system and Oracle errors.
• BOM and discrete job variance analysis, including root-cause identification and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with various departments, including engineering, production, and inventory management, to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
• Work closely with the IT department to address system-related issues and implement necessary updates.
• Part setup corrections, working with the Engineering group when setup issues affect BOMs, discrete jobs, inventory transactions, or production flow.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
• Assist production schedulers in developing and maintaining production schedules.
• Provide real-time support to production schedulers to address any issues that arise during the production process.
• Rescheduling discrete jobs for Make operations across all three Product Groups.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend improvements to scheduling processes.
• Support on internal schedule orders for Satellite’s sites requirements ensuring requirements are aligned with production priorities and committed dates.
• Perform other duties as required.

## Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Oracle systems and MRP processes.
• Experience in supporting scheduling and inventory management.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
• No relocation provided – candidate must reside within 80km of the Airdrie, AB site.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with engineering order flow and production processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
