Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for Finance and Operations applications through ITSM processes (incidents, service requests, changes, problems, releases).
- Manage enhancements and problem investigations, ensuring root cause resolution and permanent fixes.
- Review vendor deliverables, including functional designs, configurations, and fixes, to ensure alignment with Finance/Operation requirements and applicable organisational standards.
- Manage UAT activities for Finance/Operation changes, including test case preparation, user coordination, and deployment validation.
- Collaborate with the Finance Support Lead, other analysts, relevant internal teams, and vendors on upgrades, release testing, and cross-functional enhancements.
- Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, test scripts, and knowledge-sharing artefacts for Finance support.
- Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and statutory requirements in all Finance system activities.
- Engage with Finance leadership, Finance teams, Operations teams, and auditors to align solutions and resolve issues.
- Participate in team training and cross-learning sessions to build redundancy and shared expertise.
Minimum Years of Experience and Knowledge
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in SAP Finance application support (S/4HANA).
- Primary knowledge in FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO), with ability to cross-cover other Finance and Operations areas.
- Familiarity with ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, release management).
Minimum Education / Other Technical / Professional Qualification Level
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Management or equivalent.
- SAP Finance certifications preferred.

- Good documentation, testing, and communication skills.
- Ability to review vendor deliverables and ensure compliance with requirements.
