Intern to join our IT Support team in Katowice and provide day-to-day helpdesk support.
What you’ll get to do
- Onsite support for internal users
- Provide account/access support for highly available systems
- Preparation of equipment for users and returned by users - wiping disks, system and software installation
- Update and modify the internal hardware database
- Contact with users and handed over of equipment to them
- Maintain internal documentation
What you should have
- Basic knowledge of Windows or MacOS
- Basic knowledge of network protocols
- Overall knowledge about IT and technology
- Willingness to learn and upskill in innovative technologies
- Analytical skills
- Team player and problem-solving attitude
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English (at least B2)
- Availability: at least 24 hours per week, working on-site at our Katowice office.

- Experience with a ticketing system
