In this important role, you'll be the bridge between our clinical team and patients, helping them understand their treatment options, coordinate appointments, and navigate financial arrangements. What You'll Do
- Guide patients through recommended treatment plans with compassion and professionalism
- Explain treatment options and financial arrangements in a clear, supportive manner
- Coordinate scheduling to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with coverage questions
- Collaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and team members to deliver outstanding care
- Help create a welcoming and positive environment for every patient
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- At least 1 year of front office experience, preferably in a dental practice
- Experience using dental software and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of dental insurance plans and benefits
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and a passion for patient care

- Full-time schedule:
- Monday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
