HR Operations Analyst - Basler

Provide high-quality HR Operations support across the U.S. by executing employee lifecycle transactions, maintaining accurate and compliant HR data, and delivering responsive HR services. This role ensures the timely and accurate processing of HR activities, supports data integrity and compliance, and contributes to a consistent, positive employee experience through efficient and effective HR service delivery.

HR Transactions & Data Management: Execute onboarding, job changes, organizational updates, employee data changes, benefits administration and offboarding activities. Maintain accurate and compliant records in Workday and other HR systems; perform data validation, audits, and required follow-up; and support employees, managers and HR Partners with Workday routing and approvals.

HR Service Delivery & Case Management: Respond to employee and manager inquiries through Workday and email with timely, customer-focused support. Prepare and administer employment lifecycle documentation and contribute to regional service-level performance.

Reporting, Data Quality & Compliance: Support policy-related compliance requirements, maintain document retention practices aligned with local and regional requirements, and provide timely and accurate evidence for audits.

Process Improvement & Regional Projects: Improve HR processes, procedures, documentation, and knowledge content. Participate in system testing, implementations, and regional HR Operations initiatives focused on standardization and employee experience.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education:

Bachelor's or university degree required; a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

- 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, shared services, or a similar role.

- Experience with HR systems; Workday preferred.

- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.

- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability and confidentiality skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is an advantage.

- Ability to collaborate across HR and cross-functional teams.

- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to prioritize work and operate effectively in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Salary Range:

$58,600 - $78,760

The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
