For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 6 years of experience as a Java Developer
- Mastery of Java 21 is required, with strong proficiency in the Java Spring framework to design, secure, and scale back-end architectures for financial data management applications.
- Solid command of CI/CD pipelines to industrialize solutions and maintain high development standards across the delivery lifecycle.
- Advanced SQL skills using PostgreSQL to ensure high data quality and consistency across multiple referential data sources.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and associated tooling — Jira, Confluence, and ALM — to contribute effectively across planning, tracking, and documentation activities.
- Ability to engage with end-users during validation phases and translate functional requirements into technical solutions, reflecting the role's dual Technical Business Analyst orientation.
- Fluency in English (B2)
- Availability for hybrid model, 2-3 times a week based in Porto
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
