Based at the European headquarters in Maidenhead, the successful candidate will report into the Senior Content Marketing Manager and would be responsible for planning and delivering marketing content that supports product launches and brand growth across Europe. The role sits within a fast-paced marketing team that creates and distributes marketing assets across EMEA for RYOBI, helping regional markets achieve ambitious sales and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Production
· Own and manage the power tools content marketing plan for RYOBI.
· Coordinate and deliver content across:
o Photography/stills
o Video production
o Social media
· Collaborate with EMEA Product Management teams to ensure content is delivered on time and adheres to brand guidelines.
· Plan, organise, and manage photography and video shoots, ensuring high-quality asset creation and brand consistency.
Social Media Management
· Support the implementation of the European social media strategy alongside the Senior Content Marketing Manager.
· Coordinate external agencies responsible for EU social channels.
· Collaborate with local markets to share and adapt content for regional activation.
· Track and report monthly social media performance statistics and insights.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Partner closely with European and Global marketing teams to execute content strategies effectively.
· Coordinate the translation and localisation of content assets for European markets.
· Maintain internal communications to ensure key stakeholders remain informed of marketing activity.
Managerial Role
· Manage one direct report - Marketing Assistant, RYOBI & AEG EMEA - providing guidance, prioritisation, and development support.
Brand Management
· Support Above-The-Line (ATL) marketing campaigns, including Pan-European TV advertising and promotions.
· Brief and manage creative agencies to develop campaign assets and ensure delivery against objectives, timelines, and brand standards.
· Maintain RYOBI brand guidelines, monitor marketing activity across European regions to ensure brand consistency.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The role would suit someone who:
· Has experience in content and social media marketing
· Can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
· Feels comfortable with and has experience running a video or stills shoot.
· Understands how to develop content for different marketing channels.
· Has strong organisational and stakeholder-management skills.
· Enjoys working across both strategic planning and content execution.
· Is comfortable collaborating with regional teams across EMEA.
Skills Required:
- 3 Years experience in a similar role or agency background
- Extensive photo/video shoot experience
- 2:1 University Degree or above preferable.
- UK (or equivalent) Driver’s License required.
- Enthusiasm to travel both internationally and in the UK is essential.
- Experience with social media management is preferable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organisational, time keeping and project management skills.
- A good team spirit and a strong self-starter.
- Strong computer skills, especially in: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
