Description

Welcome to Haleon. We’re a purpose-driven, world-class consumer company putting everyday health in the hands of millions. In just three years since our launch, we’ve grown, evolved and are now entering an exciting new chapter – one filled with bold ambitions and enormous opportunity.

Our trusted portfolio of brands – including Sensodyne®, Panadol®, Advil®, Voltaren®, Theraflu®, Otrivin®, and Centrum® – lead in resilient and growing categories. What sets us apart is our unique blend of deep human understanding and trusted science.

Now it’s time to fully realise the full potential of our business and our people. We do this through our Win as One strategy. It puts our purpose – to deliver better everyday health with humanity – at the heart of everything we do. It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.

At Haleon, the Enterprise Transformation Programme is a multi-year journey focused on transforming our business, building an organisation that is wired for excellence and capable of delivering our Win as One strategy through continuous improvement. Enabled by SAP S/4HANA, the programme is strengthening the heartbeat of our business, helping us become more agile, efficient and innovative.

We are seeking an experienced Innovation Process Development Expert to work on a 6 month FTC, during your time in the role you will play a key part in shaping, governing and continuously improving Haleon's end-to-end innovation processes. Working closely with Business Process Owners (BPOs), functional teams and programme stakeholders, you will support the design and delivery of future-state processes that drive business value, improve operational effectiveness and enable sustainable transformation.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong process expertise, stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities. You will help define future process visions, oversee process performance and adoption, and support the successful transition from current-state operations to enhanced, SAP-enabled ways of working across a global organisation.

This role is suited to a process improvement professional who thrives in complex, global environments and enjoys driving business transformation through structured process design, governance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Business Process Owners and functional teams to design, govern and continuously improve end-to-end innovation processes.
  • Supporting the development of future-state process visions, roadmaps and business process strategies aligned to enterprise transformation objectives.
  • Facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements, socialise recommendations and refine process designs.
  • Evaluating existing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Driving process-related decisions through governance forums and ensuring timely communication of outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Coordinating process design activities across functions and programmes to ensure alignment with transformation milestones and timelines.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

  • Experience working within complex, global organisations, ideally in Consumer Health, FMCG or similarly regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end innovation processes, including market research, consumer insights, product development, testing and manufacturing.
  • Proven experience designing, improving and governing business processes within large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and driving stakeholder engagement across multiple business functions.

Desirable

  • Experience working within SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
  • Knowledge of enterprise process management and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience supporting large-scale business transformation or enterprise-wide operating model change.
