Position Summary A prominent international manufacturer of commercial transport solutions and heavy machinery is searching for an enthusiastic Customer Advisor to join its team in Ghent, Belgium. In this position, your main goal will be minimizing vehicle downtime and maintaining seamless international supply chain operations. Serving as a vital link between corporate accounts and specialized engineers, you will deliver expert technical support, diagnostic help, and custom operational guidance to fleet managers and certified service centers worldwide.

Core Responsibilities

• Client Advisory: Manage urgent inbound calls and digital inquiries while upholding strict quality and safety criteria.
• Analytical Diagnostics: Evaluate intricate operational challenges to formulate quick, data-informed solutions for business partners.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Engineering teams to accelerate resolution times and maintain accurate database logs.

Candidate Requirements

• Language Abilities: Fully fluent in both German and Dutch (spoken and written), with the capability to alternate seamlessly between both languages in business environments. Strong command of English (B2 level minimum) for using internal software, completing documentation, and collaborating with global teams.
• Professional Attributes: Proven ability to remain calm, balanced, and resolution-oriented under pressure and during urgent customer discussions.
• Digital Literacy: Proficient in using enterprise software tools and handling several digital applications simultaneously.
• Shift Flexibility: Fully ready to work within a 24/7 rotating shift framework to support global fleet operations around the clock.
