About this role
The Senior Manager, Omnichannel Strategy & Execution Canada will lead Biogen Canada's omnichannel customer engagement strategy and AI transformation agenda. This individual will serve as a strategic business partner responsible for developing, implementing, governing, and continuously optimizing omnichannel and AI-enabled capabilities that enhance customer engagement, business performance, operational effectiveness, and employee productivity.

What you’ll do
Lead the development and execution of Biogen Canada’s omnichannel engagement strategy across Therapeutic Areas.
Establish a customer-centric omnichannel and AI-enabled roadmap aligned with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
Identify, prioritize, and implement AI use cases that improve engagement, decision-making, analytics, content development, field effectiveness, and productivity.
Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Medical, Value & Access, Communications, Data & Analytics, IT, Legal, Compliance, and external partners.
Drive execution of transformational initiatives, pilots, innovation programs, and capability-building efforts.
Develop governance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and performance measurement approaches for omnichannel and AI initiatives.
Champion responsible AI adoption, organizational change management, and AI literacy across the Canadian affiliate.
Represent Canada in regional and global discussions related to customer engagement, omnichannel excellence, digital innovation, and AI transformation.
Ensure all activities are executed in accordance with regulatory, compliance, and responsible AI requirements.
Who you are
You are a strategic and innovative leader who combines strong business acumen, customer-centric thinking, and digital transformation expertise. You excel at influencing stakeholders, leading complex cross-functional initiatives, and translating strategy into measurable business outcomes.
Required skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Life Sciences, Digital Strategy, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in omnichannel strategy, customer engagement, digital marketing, commercial excellence, business operations, AI, digital transformation, or related areas.
Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level omnichannel initiatives from planning through implementation, adoption, optimization, and measurement.
Experience identifying, prioritizing, and implementing technology-enabled or AI-enabled solutions.
Expertise in customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, engagement measurement, and optimization.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders within a matrix organization.
Experience working with agencies, technology vendors, digital platforms, and enterprise partners.
Preferred skills
MBA or Master’s degree.
Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or specialty pharmaceutical industry experience.
French language proficiency.
Experience driving organizational adoption of AI and digital transformation initiatives.
The expected salary range for this position is $129,000 to $173,000 and includes eligibility for a discretionary bonus. Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
