Join Gallagher’s in-house agency, The Marketing Studio, as a Marketing Automation Traffic Manager. You’ll play a key role in managing the flow of marketing requests across divisions, ensuring projects are scoped, resourced, and delivered on time. This is your chance to work with a collaborative team, streamline workflows, and make a real impact on how we deliver marketing excellence.
How you'll make an impact
- Manage the intake and progress of marketing automation requests, including email campaigns, lead generation, and customer retention initiatives.
- Review incoming requests to ensure all necessary details are included and assign tasks to the right team members.
- Work closely with Account Services and Project Managers to keep projects on track, meet deadlines, and maintain quality standards.
- Monitor workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure compliance with global and regional marketing standards.
- Communicate proactively to resolve challenges and keep everyone informed.
About you
- Experience in project management, particularly in marketing or traffic coordination.
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Workfront and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- A detail-oriented, organised approach to managing multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams.
- A proactive mindset and a passion for improving processes.
