Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Operate production, processing, and packaging equipment following established procedures and production schedules.
- Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot minor issues, and escalate problems when required to minimize downtime.
- Perform quality checks and in-process testing to ensure products meet food safety, quality, and customer specifications.
- Complete production records and documentation accurately to maintain traceability and process control.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures to prevent contamination and maintain a clean work environment.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements and actively contribute to a safe workplace.
- Work closely with team members and support departments to achieve production targets and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with training new operators and participate in ongoing development opportunities.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing, food production, or FMCG environment preferred.
- Ability to operate machinery and production equipment safely and effectively.
- Good attention to detail with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and manual handling.
- Reliable team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
