Job Description
Just imagine turning a customer challenge into a brick-based marketing experience that comes to life in stores around the world. Then make it real.
About the role
As our Project Manager RMBS, you'll lead brick-based marketing projects from initiation through final delivery, balancing timelines, budgets, quality, complexity, and stakeholder expectations. This fixed-term role runs through the end of 2028. You'll work across internal customers and teams to translate business needs into impactful solutions, guiding projects from request to delivery, including understanding of the commercial impact delivered and driving the AAR based continuous improvements. Along the way, you'll help bring LEGO® brand experiences to life while supporting commercial goals and customer satisfaction across global markets.
Required Qualifications
- Delivered projects from initiation through implementation with accountability for scope, timelines, and outcomes.
- Managed resource planning and allocation across multiple projects and priorities.
- Controlled project pricing, budgeting, and economic performance throughout delivery.
- Built productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Negotiated project requirements, priorities, and deliverables across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Led cross-functional project teams and influenced outcomes without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications
- Delivered marketing projects from concept through execution.
- Applied project management experience within construction-related environments.
- Managed complex project portfolios involving multiple stakeholder groups.
- Developed practical solutions that improved project delivery processes or outcomes.
What you'll build
- Lead brick-based marketing projects from request through delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Define project scope, requirements, deliverables, timelines, and success measures.
- Identify risks and incorporate them into project planning and stakeholder communication.
- Balance budget, quality, timelines, and project complexity throughout delivery.
- Partner with clients to understand challenges and shape effective marketing solutions.
- Share insights and contribute to innovation and continuous improvement within Model Production.
If you've worked in a role where you led projects with varied stakeholder groups, managed resources and project economics, and delivered against ambitious objectives, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to combine strong project leadership with high-quality execution while keeping a broad view of the bigger picture.
Life on the team
You'll join the Model Production Retail Model Box Solutions team within Brick Based Marketing Solutions. We act as the bridge between concept ideas and real-world brick-based experiences, events, and semi-permanent in-store solutions that support sales globally. The team brings together project management, design, development, and engineering expertise in a collaborative environment built on knowledge sharing and a hybrid rhythm of planning, innovation, and delivery. Curiosity, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and a genuine interest in creating better solutions help us move ideas into reality.
What success looks like
Success means confidently managing complex projects with global impact while balancing scope, quality, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll strengthen project delivery, build trusted partnerships, improve planning and resource use, and contribute to new approaches within Model Production. You'll work closely with our LEGO Agency, third-party retailers, and colleagues across design, development, engineering, quality, procurement, shipping and production functions to create memorable moments around the world.
