What You'll Do: 

• Maintain strict confidentiality and consistently follow all safety, PPE, and hazardous-waste handling protocols. 
• Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to established cleaning and safety procedures. 
• Perform a wide range of cleaning tasks in resident rooms and common areas, including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, trash removal, and window cleaning. 
• Clean and maintain floors and carpets facility-wide, including sweeping, scrubbing, buffing, extracting, and shampooing as needed. 
• Support overall facility upkeep by maintaining tidy common areas and reporting repair or maintenance needs to the Manager. 
• Participate in cross-training across all Environmental Services (EVS) functions, including resident apartments, healthcare areas, and floor maintenance. 

What You'll Need: 

• 6 months of housekeeping experience (required)
• Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
• Able to stand, walk, lift to 35 pounds, and perform basic physical tasks (required)
• Ability to work well with others, being courteous and considerate when interacting with Residents, team members, and visitors
