Job Summary

Glass Production Supervisor will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. They develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality, and productivity.

Job Description:

1. Manage daily operations of the plant, ensuring efficient and effective production schedules. 2.Monitor and ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of product quality. 3. Develop and implement initiatives to improve operational performance and achieve plant objectives. 4. Develop and enforce standard operating procedures and policies for production, safety, and quality. 5. Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. 6. Oversee the management of resources including personnel, equipment, and materials to meet production demands. 7. Perform other related duties as assigned
