What will you do?

VF Corporation is seeking an experienced recruiter to support hiring across Product Creation functions for our portfolio of iconic brands. This role serves as a talent partner to design, merchandising and creative leaders, driving full-cycle recruiting efforts while building diverse, high-quality talent pipelines in competitive talent markets. The ideal candidate brings deep experience recruiting creative and product talent, strong sourcing expertise and a passion for design and innovation.

Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

• Manage a full requisition workload across brands from individual contributor through Director-level positions utilizing VF’s talent selection process
• Create and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HRBPs and functional leaders
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Product Creation talent, developing deep knowledge of the market, competitors and talent landscape
• Partner closely with Product Design, Merchandising and Creative leaders to understand talent needs and market dynamics
• Evaluate candidate portfolios and collaborate with design leadership to calibrate creative excellence across varying levels of seniority and design disciplines
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience through all stages of the hiring process
• Utilize analytical and strategic thinking to identify opportunities for recruiting process improvements and recommend innovative solutions
• Maintain accurate candidate records and compliance through Workday and established recruiting processes

What do you need to succeed?

We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 5+ years of experience and professional achievements. 

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

• Proven success hiring for design and creative-related roles within footwear and apparel
• Experience developing sourcing strategies for niche and highly competitive talent markets
• Passion for design, creativity, and product culture
• Builder mentality with bias for innovation and experimentation
• Ability to evaluate creative portfolios and partner with design leaders to calibrate creative excellence across varying levels of seniority and design disciplines.
• Location requirement: While this position can be fully remote, there is preference for this candidate to be based at one of our office locations: Denver, CO; Costa Mesa, CA; Stratham, NH
