How You Succeed

To thrive in this role, you'll need to be curious, resourceful, and proactive in exploring new ways to identify and engage talent. You'll work closely with experienced recruiters and sourcing specialists to understand hiring needs, translate them into effective sourcing strategies, and build strong talent pipelines.

Success comes from your ability to connect the dots between business needs and talent opportunities, communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders, and continuously seek better ways to engage candidates.

What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Talent Sourcing: Partner with the Talent Sourcing team to understand hiring requirements, team dynamics, and business priorities, translating them into targeted sourcing plans

  • Candidate Identification: Execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract both active and passive candidates through a variety of channelsTalent Engagement: Craft compelling outreach messages and build meaningful connections with potential candidates while effectively communicating OCBC's employee value proposition and career opportunities

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct research on talent trends, competitor hiring activities, and sourcing best practices to support recruitment strategies

  • Pipeline Building: Support the development and maintenance of talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

  • Ad-hoc Projects: Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives, process improvements, and other projects as assigned
