The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a CO Analyst with German - Credit & Collection (m/f/x)*, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Supporting accurate, timely and compliant credit and collection activities for the German market by following up on assigned cases, monitoring process steps and helping ensure required actions are completed within agreed timelines
Helping improve operational efficiency and customer experience by identifying delays, discrepancies and process improvement opportunities across credit, collection and dispute-related activities
Contributing to effective cross-functional collaboration by working closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Dispute Management and Credit Collection teams to resolve issues, share insights and support smooth end-to-end operations
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher and 2-3 years of experience in Credit Collection, Dispute Management, Customer Service, Finance Operations or a related business process environment.
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
German and English languages proficiency
Basic understanding of Finance & Accounting processes, preferably within credit, collections, dispute management or order-to-cash operations
Experience working with Oracle, SAP or another ERP system
Ability to analyze data, identify trends and present actionable insights
Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset and ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a process-driven environment
Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills, empathy and ability to collaborate effectively across functions
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Previous experience in process improvement, automation initiatives or data visualization would be an advantage
Work location: Remote work is possible; however, occasional presence in the Wrocław office may be required based on business needs
Travel: Not Required
